After placing your order, you should have received a confirmation email. Within the next 2-4 working days (6-8 working days during busy periods) we will process, pick and pack your order and get it on a van to DPD. DPD will scan and transport your order to your local depot. On the morning of the delivery you will get a DPD message advising you of a time slot of when the parcel will be delivered.


If you haven’t received these emails or your order in the above timeline, please submit a ticket stating your order number. (If you have not received an order number, please confirm the email address used to place the order or the delivery postcode). 


If you have received all the above, and a timeslot from our courier for delivery but the order has still not arrived, please contact the courier or submit a ticket directly with us.


We aim to respond within a day or less, but this can be impacted by busy periods.
