After placing your order, you should have received a confirmation email.Within the next 2-4 working days (5-7 working days during busy periods) you should receive another email confirming that your order is being Picked and Packed and will be on it’s way to you shortly. 

After the courier collects the parcels, you should get an email from them notifying you. If you have had this but not received an update within 2 working days, please contact the courier or submit a ticket.

If you haven’t received these emails or your order in the above timeline, please submit a ticket stating your order number.

(If you have not received an order number, please confirm the email address used to place the order or the delivery postcode). 

If you have received all the above, and a timeslot from our courier for delivery but the order has still not arrived, please contact the courier or submit a ticket.
