We try our best not to split orders across days but sometimes it happens. If you’re expecting more than one box and you’re missing any of the boxes, we might have had to send your beers from two different warehouses.
And sometimes, DPD might have a full van too which could mean the rest of your order turns up separately.
If this has happened to you, just chuck us an email and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
For example: “We’re missing boxes 2 and 3 or our 4 box order.”
