Missing Items:

Please submit a ticket, outlining what you have received and the  items that are missing from the order and (if applicable) what parcel(s) you have received. 


 E.g.Received boxes 1 and 3 out of 4 - Therefore missing boxes 2 and 4.


Incorrect items received:

Please submit a ticket,  outlining the items you have received that are not what you’ve ordered. 


E.g. Received 4 Pack of Key Lime Lager but ordered a 4 Pack of Clwb.
